Chest
Measuring a full chest place the tape horizontally around the chest through the outermost points of the breast.
Hips
The hip circumference is measured taking into account the outermost points of the belly. Put the tape horizontally around the body on the back side at the most outermost points of the buttocks. Use a ruler for more accurate measurement of the outermost points of the belly.
